I am having diffuculty getting this phone to download ringtones and screensavers. Any ideas?

Hey if you are looking for screensavers you want to go to myxer.com and sign up for a free account and go through there screen savers and send them to your phone they will come in a picture message and that you way you can have it download and saved to your phone.

If you have any other questions I am able to answer them for you.
