Sony Ericsson W518a ringer

Does this phone have the ascending ringer? I hope not as it is for an elderly couple but love Sony Ericsson products. Thanks!

3rd Party Apps?

Anyone know how to get third party apps working with this phone? And by working, I mean not asking for allowance every 3 or 4 seconds? Google Maps is practically unusable, sadly. ☹️
