upgrade to winmo 6.5
i jus tried to update my phone through htcs website for the winmo 6.5. i typed my serial # in and it said the update wasnt for my phone. i have the htc touch pro 2 and i live in the us. am i doing something wrong?

Yes, BUT ... I just off the phone with VZW tech support, and they told me that VZW does NOT support the HTC upgrade to WinMo 6.5. If you buy the TP2 from VZW, and then use the upgrade ROM from HTC, it will void the warrantee from VZW and you are on your own. If you brick the TP2 during the upgrade, you got a real expensive brick. Further, the VZW rep told me that VZW has not announced any TP2 upgrade support, and might not. So you better figure that, like past VZW behavior, if you bought it, you got it, and there ain't gonna be no upgrades for it, no how, no when. I am PISSED.
