Sprint finally admits to "System Issue"

Below is an email i just received from Sprint about my Blackberry Tour order. I put this order in at 12:45am on July 12th, but for some reason it was put on back order and other sprint customers who ordered after i did, have received their Blackberries.

Dear xxxxx xxxxx,

Thank you for your recent order from Sprint. We have experienced
strong demand for the Blackberry(R) Tour(TM) which has placed your
order, or a portion of your order, in backorder status.

While every attempt is made to fulfill orders in the order received,
a system issue earlier in the week resulted in some orders being
shipped out of sequence. Our shipping commitment for the
Blackberry(R) Tour(TM) remains 5 to 8 business days based on date
of order.

Got the same email yesterday afternoon. Check your order status. Sprint is starting to come through. My order is due to arrive today. Updated last night around 10:30 PM. Good Luck.

Same here... UPS tracking says Out for delivery! Sprint definitely stepped up with the email and then quick turnaround!
