Battery Door + Trackball Issues Still present?

The loose battery door, and unresponsive/laggy trackball issues. Are they still present in the newer batch of Tour?

I've had the US Cellular one of these for a month now and no problems whatsoever with the trackball or battery door. In fact, this is the best phone I've ever had.
