It's weird only 1 review after a few days
I figured there would be a dozen 5.0 ratings after all the chatter from the Omnia 2 fanboys over the last few months. And the 1 review is not from a owner just a tire kicker.

I now have the phone. Picked it up Saturday afternoon. Haven't had time to do a full review yet. I'm not "sold" yet. I did install SPB Mobile Shell, and that made a big difference. TouchWiz sucks. The browser sucks - it's very slow and is a waste of a really good screen. It does seem to be a pretty good phone so far - and I mean PHONE - for making calls. I'll write more of a review soon.

Okay. I am new to WinMo - and Opera. I just played with some settings that moved my opinion of the browser up a notch. big learning curve for me, moving from a Palm to this.

After having the Omnia for the past year, I knew that this phone would be a keeper for me when I bought it. I've been pro PDA devices for several years now and have been there and done that with Palm, Blackberry, and smartphones. I recently spent an hour at the store checking out the Omnia II and the upgrades have been implmented in the right places imo. The OLED display is outdstanding, the TV out is sureley an exceptional plus for me being a photographer/videographer,5mp cam, 8gb mem,16gb sdram support, WiFi/BT, 3mm audio jack, call quality, and the list goes on. Lokks like i'll be upgrading to it in the next few days,still unsure if the flashlight feature is still there as is on the Omnia I. Store rep says yes but I was unable to locate i...

I could not find the flashlight settings either. I dont believe it exists 😢
