How about the phone phone functions?
I've read most everything about Droid, but no comments or feedback on the functioning of the phone itself....call quality, clarity, volume, connections, etc. If anyone with a preview, please share.

I've used many Motorola products over the years and most we're great a couple not so great. But one thing they all had in common...voice clarity and reception. Moto never fails in that area as far as I'm concerned.

CNET and Engadget say the voice/speakerphone quality is excellent. PC Mag (might've been PC World) said its phone qualities were subpar. More in-depth reviews are coming out soon...but in my experience with Motorola, they've always excelled at call quality and speakerphone clarity.
