GoogleMaps (GPS) and talking on phone same time???
One of my biggest peeves with my env touch is that I can't use vznav and talk on the phone at the same time. does anyone have any info if the same will be true with droid and google maps???

You can't that is a cdma thing, not a phone thing. If you talk, you will get a data drop.

AT&T's 3G network can do voice and data at the same time. so you can get your turn by turn navigation while also being on a call at the same time.
I would guess T-Mobile's would do this as well. But figuring their 3G is sparse at best it might not play out too well.

It will work if you use the WIFI connection on the phone for the internet.
