pairing bluetooth with bbbb

Well you can see I am having issues getting used to my new droid 😛
I paired the bluetooth with my car (w/ idrive) but it only loaded maybe a third of my 1000+ contacts.
Anyone have any suggestions how to fix? Or even how to try and reload without deleting and re-pairing?
