Does anyone have fix for this Menno, you've been helpful so I am hoping you have the answer!!

I received a text message this morning and the only way I knew I had a message was I saw the icon in the Notifications panel.

So if my phone is in vibrate mode, It won't vibrate when I get a text, or remind me of a calendar event? Something is not right here. I checked my settings and I DID see something for vibrate. So maybe I will check that out.

I use Handcent SMS for texting and it has an option "vibrate only while in vibrate mode" that seems to work.

For calendars, I'm not sure on that one, sorry. I do use the iCal widget which gives me a better view of what I need to get done though.
