Keeping the phone screen on longer
Is there a way to keep the phone screen on longer? I find that when I make or answer a call, the screen goes black almost immediately after the connection is made. Then when I want to hang up, I have to jiggle the phone around to get the screen back on to find the "end" key to end the call.

This most likely has more to do with the way you hold the phone than some setting. If you look closely, in the upper left corner, there is a nearly invisible hole under the glass. This is a proximity sensor. When a call is connected, covering this sensor will turn off the display, so you don't accidentally press buttons with your face. To experiment with this, just borrow a friend's phone, and call them from your Droid. I find that sometimes I have the same problem, especially when I hold the phone in my left hand. If you pull the phone away from your ear, and your hand isn't near this sensor, the screen should come back on within a second or so. Jiggling doesn't actually do anything to wake up the screen.

i had the same problem when i first bought my ERIS....i left the original screen protector on it when i bought it so i wouldnt have to change it and risk bubbleing it. and my phone did the exact same thing you explained so i took it to VZW and the original screen protector that was on it was to thick and the sensor couldnt get the right reading it needed to so when i changed the screen protector and made sure that it wasent covering the sensor my phone worked GREAT 😁 !! GOOD LUCK!!
