Beware of the defective speaker phone on the Accolade. It is so bad that it is really useless. Too bad, because otherwise the Accolade is a nice phone.

That's too bad, though I read your review of the phone - it's really not accurate to say there's a problem with a phone model as a whole when you said yourself you only tried it out in the Verizon store - those phones get a lot more abuse, and it was only a single phone...
