i bought a data cable and upload my own midi files and mp3's for ringtones for free. with the price of data cables it's cheap enough to get a universal one so you can use it on diferent phones too...

i use mp3cutter to shorten my mp3's and then i use bitpim http://www.bitpim.org/ to upload then to my phone. there is a site with free tones at http://dc2.4shared.com/dir/47966/47382d5e/ which i found to have quite a few good music tones.

I know something you dont know... up to 500 ringtones and 500 images, all of them are FREE... besides that, I can change to over 100 different musical instruments if I like!!!
