kinda dumb question
i know this is a dumb question but what exactly is threaded sms mean? i know that sms means text messages i just dont understand what "threaded" means thanks

It means chat sytle messaging, like what you would see in an instant message conversation. Its a long "thread" of messages put into one area.

You'll also notice that when you send a few messages back and forth to a cantact that your inbox will only show one item for the whole conversation, i.e. threaded sms
