Transfering numbers/Contacts
I thought I had seen this posted, but could not find it. How do you, or are you able to transfer your contacts via back up assistance, or through the store via cable? Going from EnV Touch to Storm 2.

The way I have done it from non-blackberry smartphones or blackberrys is to load the desktop manager software onto your PC, open it up and go to Device Switch Wizard. Not sure if an EnV will work that way though.
If the contacts are in your computer you could import them into Outlook or other mail program and also sync with the software.
The easiest way may be to have the Verizon store do it
