Stuck in portrait mode
Phone will not switch to landscape mode while texting. Any ideas, other than battery pull.

Do you have a tilt-locking device that you inadvertently have not disabled, such as Tilt-Lock or Quicklaunch Lock Tilt? If that's not the case then it sounds like you have accelerometer hardware problems. The device should switch back & forth in Full Keyboard, SureType, or Multitap mode when composing a txt. msg.
Then again, thats only if the problem is not intermittent. Once in a while, all kinds of inconsistent behaviors strike the Storm2 🙄
