Any softwar glitches

My boss has a 9700 and his texting for what ever reason doesn't display the name of the person that he is texting just the number. He tried reseting it but that didn't help. I told him to put the software back on but he sent it back. Anyone have any other issues with software glitches?

Your boss just needs to copy his names and phone numbers off of his SIM card into the phone memory. Blackberry has always worked like this, reading only the number off of the SIM.
