LG Rumor Touch / Banter Touch

I just purchased the Rumor Touch through Virgin Mobile. It wont open picture messages or video messages. Am I the only one having problems with this or it this a product of the phone itself?

no u are not the only one this there is something wrong with the phone not working correctly on the system. I have to call every month to have them put in a service ticket for me to reset my 3g network I have to wait a whole day before I can use my picture message or look at videos it is crazy I so hate this phone due to it do not work on the system right they need to do a recall on this phone 🤣
