HTC Droid Eris
Data n Questions
Hey peps got a quick that I hope someone can answer for me.
I am a migrated customer from Alltel to Verizon and I am looking at buying an Eris. With Alltel I had a complete data plan on a non-smart phone. If I get an Eris it looks like I will have to buy either the
Email and Web package
or
the Total data package
The question is this....in addition to these two options it also lists options for messaging services. Does the Total data package include messaging or do I have to get a messaging package as well on top of all of that???
I guess I could go to the local store and ask but I'm just feeling lazy....well and hard to leave the house with a baby in tow

The data packages don't include messaging, so you'd need to get some sort of separate messaging package.

If I understand right, you can use your phone as a modem with the Total Package
