Saving pictures from a text message to my phone album.
Can somebody give me some guidance here.... I can view the picture and save it as a contact icon, footprint or as my wallpaper, but for the life of me I can't just save it in my album. Am I missing something?...thanks.

Yea, i believe that you hold your finger down on the message itself, not just the picture, and then it should give you the option to save the pic to an album or something like that, im not 100% sure thats how you do it but im pretty sure

That didn't work but thanks for the reply...anybody else? I'm thinking this phone just won't do it... a small price to pay I guess.

ChompSMS will allow you to hold down on the picture and save it to your SDcard, very cool app for messaging too, interesting interface....me likey.

I did just check, and if you are in the thread of messages all you need to do is hold down on the message outside of the picture and it will give you the option to save picture
