Eris Reception????
I am thinking of getting one. Can anyone tell me how the reception is compared to other verizon phones like the Moto Droid???

I get amazing reception with my Eris. I have no idea how it compares to the Moto Droid, but I've heard that the Eris pulls a signal as well as an E815, which is very impressive.

The interesting thing with the Eris is mine shows like only 1 bar most of the time, occasionally 2, and yet I've never dropped a call and the reception is amazing. I don't use my landline because this thing is clearer and louder. I had the E815 back in the day and loved it (Motorola is known for reception), and I gotta say, I agree with kev, this phone's reception is fantastic.

I unfortunately have had more dropped calls with my Eris(Atleast 50) than I've had with any other phone I have EVER owned. But as I rarely use it as a phone (less than 5% of the time) I still really enjoy using it
