It's not a bad phone. They had a deal where you can get the bluetooth headset for $49.95. I think.

Just got mine last night from Amazon. They have a$200 rebate along with the $50 from T-mo making this a $25 phone. CANT BEAT THAT!!!

The problem with buying from online retailers is the same as buying from those mall kiosks which handle phones from all sorts of carriers..
They are responsible for servicing your phone not the actual carrier..
So if you have some problem with the phone instead of walking into a T-Mobile store and getting a replacement you have to mail it back to amazon.com or wherever and wait for them to do whatever with it..
I would rather deal with an actual official T-Mobile store.. that way I know I can always have someone who I can walk up to in person to get things fixed if they go wrong..

wow thats a crazy deal you guys got on the phone!! mine i got at costco for $80 after all rebates + free bluetooth hs220 something like that. but the amazon deal is amazing!!!! i'm not gonna complain cause i think my deal wasnt as good but still not bad.. but anyone who purchased from amazon..lemme know if the rebates went smoothly.. because if they did i will be buying my new phone in a year from there!! ..just want it to go smooth so lemme know
the phone is a good buy if you can get it for anywhere under 100 bucks. the software is a bit slow at time which is a bit annoying. no phone is perfect, its a bit "big" for modern american standards but it does the job and quite well..
