Motorola V600
V600i problems. Please help!

I have a V600i and I flexed it but when turning it on, it will work but the screen will show just the background or wallpaper, no icons or anything. I dont remember what file did I use to flex it. After this, a friend of mine who was supposed to know more than me about this stuff, tried to fix it and he flashed it but know the phone wont even turn on. It will just light up for 1 second or less. Still, I can go into flash mode pressing * + # + power button but when using Multiflash flex software it will tell me that I have an C7 error. It says something about the ram loader or something like that. I tried using RSD Lite but it fails when trying to flash. Have tried PST but when trying to load it it says that there is no sec...
