I think the OP has not responded because you guys were a bit harsh with him. I don't buy a "new" car simply because a new model has been released, would you? I come to phone sccop to read up on new technology and to just be "in the know." How many of you rushed out to get the iPhone, and then the iPhone3G, finally the iPhone3GS just to finally be able to shoot video?

Not me, I've owned a Palm 650 since it came out. I can afford anything out there but I choose to keep my money in the bank until I see something that really looks to be fun and functional to own since I hold on to my phones for a while.

Im sorry, but this is a pretty mindless thing to say.
Maybe it's just me, but I reserch these forums to get "real world" information about a phone that I "may" or "may not" be interested in. Now if it weren't for the people that are running right out and buying the latest phones, then how is someone going to get this kind of information.
So, for all you people that just got to have the "latest and greatest" phones on the market, I completely support you. Just be sure to give us a fully detailed report on that phone.

Well let's start off by saying that it has free turn by turn direction on it which no phone has offered, carrier yes (sprint), but not a phone. It is an HTC phone, well it was not designed by them, they just bought it, but that is besides the point. It is the only phone to run 2.1 to date, and it has live wallpapers. I bought this phone to be a test drive, and let me tell you that this phone will blow you away. I have the cliq also and 2.1 is a nice addition to the android software. This is Google's first real shot at the market, and let me tell you this, that this is a moto razr compared to what they are going to cook up for 2010, flash, is my idea, which will be awesome on phones, since none have it. but the nexus one is an amazing phone a...
