Just be careful. As a relatively old guy (39 years), I purchased the original Knack just to have a simple to use flip phone I could call and text with. Too bad it had the worst reception of any Verizon phone I've ever used. There's even a sticker on the back that reads 'don't hold here' right where you're supposed to hold it. The GUI was also buggy and slow. If you set an alarm for say, noon, it'd go off anytime it felt like. Suffice to say I returned it promptly.
Maybe your types of issues are why they replaced it with the Haven.

I don't see how the Haven couldn't be better, and yes, these types of issues are well documented with the Knack.
