Samsung restore sph-m575 OS restore
My Samsung restore locked up and now when I turn it on it only shows the virgin mobile hello screen then goes to just the virgin mobile logo on a black screen. I can't even turn it off without taking the battery out. Can I download the OS to my computer and restore the phones OS? If so how?
