HELP! "Reply" Feature for SMS texting
Ok, I can't use the "Reply" feature on my phone. When someone sends me a text message, and I would like to reply back, I'd have to go back and go to "New Message" then put in the person's # then type the message... there are a few people I know with my service provider that has the same problem. However, a couple of friends of mine, who are with a different service provider but has the same phone, has this feature WORKING! When I headed over to my Service provider Tech Center, they informed me that the LG VX-6000 DOES NOT have this feature. I find that odd because it does. Can someone please help me out? ☹️

*shrug* it worked fine for me when i had that phone through USCC. is the area code showing up when you try to reply?

The only that shows up when I press "Reply" is a error message saying "Reply address is not available!"... But the funny thing is that... THERE IS an address available! ☹️

Go have your phone "flashed" by a Verizon Wireless Direct Store. That should help it...but make sure you have your phonebook copied and any pictures you have sent to your online album as they might/might not be deleted..

Be sure the sender is sending from a cell phone. If they are sending from vtext.com, they need to include their cell number in order for you to reply directly to them.
