Faceplates...
I'm looking at getting a different faceplate for my 6000 so it doesn't look like the other 500 I see per day. Does anyone know how to go about switching it? I know you need a certain type of screwdriver, but where are the screws??? 😕

ok, go on e-bay and do a search for lg 6000 faceplace and you will find over 500 of them in every color imaginable, from carbon fiber to clear. they are going for a few dollars each, and some come with the screwdriver and some don't. if it doesn't, all you need is a very small phillips head screwdriver. the small screws are under the 4 little bushings on the inside of the flip. just remember they are generic faceplates and you get what you pay for, but honestly they look cool as hell and you will definitely stand out from the thousands of people that have a 6000...

Yes the new faceplate's are AWSOME! i got one at a mall near me and i have gotten so many complements on it! it takes some effort to try to get the bottom sick-pad off but they eventually come off! they look great! Happy buying!
