Getting photos without paying for them
😁 I just got this new software called DataPilot. It lets me take my pics off the phone without paying verizon, which is nice.
It also let me upload MIDI ringers to my phone and back up my phonebook. Not too sure that I'll use these, but at least I get my photos free now.

it is 79.95 and supports, LG, Motorola, Samsung, Nokia, Sony Ericson, Sanyo and you can use it as internet connect Verizon calls it Mobile Office which is pretty slow 14.4k but faster than other providers they are at 9.6 still good enough if you don't want to pay 79.99 for National Access (unlimited), ringtone composer, image editor (which i think is pretty cool) SMS manager phone book manager.

Is there anything on websites than you can download straight to the phone rather than using software?

you can download both wallpaper and ringers (under 30k and only .midi files) to your phone by e-mailing them to your phone, so there is no need for a cable anymore...
