the 10.00 premium data dee is not a charge for 4G service.
it is far a data rich experience with uncapped data usage.

there has never been a cap on the handsets themselves. the cap is only on phone as modem or aircards. the 10 does not remove the cap from the phone...because there is no cap. as far as the phone as modem/hotspot, i do not know if there is a 3g cap(i would imagine there is).
