The Captivate specs on the AT&T website state that it is a world phone with 4 UMTS bands.
The review indicates that the Captivate doesn't have the 900 MHz band required outside of North America.
Which is correct? I'd hate to buy one and not have it work when I need it.
Is there an international version with all 4 bands?
If the phone is rooted, can the 900 MHz band be activated?
