Sync With Laptop

Hey people,

I am having an issue when I go to hook up my phone via the USB cable it came with to my laptop. I am running windows 7 and when it tries to install the driver or hardware needed on my laptop it says that it has fail.. I have tried this about five times now with the same result in the end. I would like to be able to sync them up and use my internal phone memory as well.. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

Windows 7 should have it, since I have it with Vista, but maybe try installing again in backwards compatibility mode.

P.S. I dont have this phone (yet 😁), just offering advice.
