Mms picture msg
My wife has this phone. She can send pic msg but does not recieve msgs. All the settings look right on the phone. Any suggestions.

ok since no one commented I chatted with att rep and figured something out. when someone sends a pic msg to this phone with nothing in the subject line or txt in the body of the msg the phone will not receive the picture msg.
if you add some txt to the subj and body of the pic msg the phone will recieve the picture msg.
anyone else notice this or not. is this an issue with this particluar phone or an issue with phone model? 😕

There's been a few times I wasn't able to receive an mms, but I figured it was because of poor service. I'll start paying attention to that. Thanks for the info.
