Motorola Droid X
Played with a Droid X today, and....
I really like it. I was looking at some accessories at a local Best Buy just a couple hours ago, and this lady from VW walked into the mobile phone section at a local Best Buy with a brand new Droid X in her hand. She came stopped by to show her new gadget to the BB boys. I happened to be there, and she let me play with it for about 10 minutes. It's built quality is much better than that of its older brother. The screen is BIG!. I thought 4" screen would be to much, but when I actually saw it in person it completely changed my mind. I currently have the Storm 2, and Droid X made me think I'm carrying around the first cell phone ever made. 🤣

I forgot to mention that the unit I played with came with the Froyo already installed.

I highly doubt that.
The bootloader is signed, so unless you know someone on Motorola's quality assurance team, it was most likely 2.1
the Droid x's version of 2.1 included some kanged bits of froyo (the welcome app being most noticable)

I agree verizon states that this phone did not come with that 2.2 software installed it only has one phone that has that installed and its not here yet
