VM icon stuck in note bar

Does anyone know how to remove the voicemail icon in the notification bar? All messages have been deleted but it still remains. Thanks

Could just be the phone waiting to sync with the servers. how long has it been up?

And I KNEW you were getting this phone 😛

Hey Menno you do know me well,that made me laugh. The icon still remains and its been about 4 hours. I guess i will have to pull the battery if i can get the back off. take care

you could just power cycle the phone, that should do it as well. Or try calling out,

On my EnV2 it took hours sometimes for the notification to go away. never figured out why.
