Droid X root

So i just got the X, came from the D1. It took me a while to get used to the full touch keyboard, and there aren't near as many roms, but all and all I think it is a good device.

My question is, what are some of the better roms? Ive tried Liberty already, and Darkslide is my next one I want to try.

It says at least need to be on 2.3.32 to install. What does this mean and where do I see if I'm on it or not? and what are the benefits of it?

try out apex it has a couple of diffrent skins i like revolution best tho it has a clean all back look to it check droidx forums or android central for support on it now in terms of 2.2.3
thats the kernel version its no biggie unless uve been rooted for a while its the latest kernel i belive but u can fix thst easily google droid x sbf and download that along with rsd lite then you get the proper sbf version 2.2.3 plug your droid to your computer reboot into bootstrapper and run the program it will remove all root on your phone and take you back to stock so you lose apps and such but after that you can flash also sbf is the one sure way you can unbrick you phone 😁 ooo theres also cubix rom havent tried it looks good tho check around droid...

Yeah Ive had to flash the sbf once already. within 24 hours of having it I broke it 🤣

My kernel version is on 2.6.32.9 so I'm guessing I'm good?
