How do you turn off data access?

How do you turn off data access so you can't run up charges by accidentally doing some kind of web access?

This tends to stop you from being able to send/receive picture messages.

Go to Settings > Application Settings > Browser Settings > Browser Profiles

Then delete/modify anything you can.
