Hey this site has the network as 1900/800GSM but Nokia site has it at 1800/900 which is correct?

Both... there's a completely different 3300 for Europe and Asia that has 900/1800.

It's an American phone.

I would say it's 1900 and 800, I'm using one on Suncom's network right now.

As a previous poster said there are different 3300 for europe and usa, the one with the qwerty keyboard is for the states, the one with no qwerty is for the europeans (e.g. will not work with 1900 mhz).
