LG Genesis

I've had my eye on the LG Genesis for awhile and finally got it. This is my first smartphone and am enjoying learning all the functions available. My issue is i've always had individual ringtones for certain contacts, I have not found a way to assign certain contacts a particular ringtone. For such a high tech phone, it must be possible, but seems the only options given is the same ringtone for all incoming calls. I have tried "editing contacts", and of course "incoming" ringtones, but am not given the option to use as "contact ringtone." Does anyone out there know how to go about this?
