Is it worth it!?! o_O
I currently own a droid eris, tired of it. wanted an incredible, i feel like its about to get cut off since you hardly hear any buzz about it. its starting to seem old and outdated. This new droid 2 is like the Incridble in a new shell. except from the camera. which i was hoping for at least 8 megapixels. but this fone has all the things i want on my eris lol. But is it really worth the upgrade. am i going to be left high and dry after 6months (refference to eris being dropped in 6 months) will I ever recive an update past 2.2? What will i be getting into when and if i buy this phone.

I got the droid 2.. mine is going back as it cant do some of the basic things the droid 1 can do.. like read html based emails. On the droid I could read these without a problem, on the droid 2 they show as an attachment to a blank email and I get a message that the attachment is too big... not sure why 158kb is too large for an attachment, but just goes to show how big of a POS the droid 2 is.
I hate motorola so much, how do they screw up phones so bad?

you should get that issue checked, my d2 reads html emails just fine.

Something was DEFINITELY wrong with your phone. That's soo not normal. I have a DROID 2 and mine has none of those problems.

Given your complete lack of punctuation, you leave it up to the reader to figure out what you meant.
Also, looking at the OP, it appears he is considering keeping his old phone. "is it worth it? or should I wait?" is roughly the question asked.
with that in mind, it APPEARS that voyager is saying
"No, don't. Get the droid, and thank me for this advice" 🙄
In context, then, no, don't wait, get the droid. You'll thank me for this advice. And THAT is definitely advice worth heeding, although it comes as a bit of a shock, knowing his history of posting here, that he would suggest such a thing.

Ignore known troll voyagerboy and thank me for this advice.
