Motorola Droid 2
Text & Font Size Adjustability
Looking for help from experienced Droid users:
I've been looking at a couple Droids (droid 2 & X), since I have an upgrade available soon, and was wondering how adjustable the fonts/text items are (as far as size goes) on the Droid 2.
I have a visual impairment and always look for a phone that at least lets me adjust the font size of texts & emails. Of course menus matter too, but it's the messaging that matters most to me.
Having not owned an Android phone, I'm assuming that there's at least some adjustability native to the OS. I'm also hopeful that whatever isn't available natively can be handled with an app.
Can someone help me get a clue regarding this area of functionality?

I've got a Droid 2. There is an Email "Read options" where you can set text size from Smallest, Small, Normal, Big, and Biggest.

You can adjust font in email and in the Browser..BUT NOT in the native android sms app. You can install an app like Handcent which is a good replacement app for sms texting...it can adjust font. Check the Contacts lists as well...not just names, but look to see if you can read a phone number..that is NOT adjustable and I have trouble with it...way to small...seems only Blackberry really lets you do a system wide font adjustment...that is a problem with Android...Droid X is not too bad due to the overly large screen.
