Horrible sound

Does incoming calls sound like you're talking to someone in a cave or is it me? I had the software updated and it still is the same. ☹️

Ha ha, that is funny right there. Turn your freaking volume down below 6, the phone wont resonate as much (the mic wont pick up as much of the sound the speaker is putting out), if you can't hear, then get hearing aids.

Make sure the phone is not connected to an analog network during those calls.
