Its because you have to much already stored in your phone. If you're going to a site that go possibly be a site you can dl off of it wont let you!! try erasing some pictures if you have a lot. You'll still be able to use them for the Pic ID but they just wont physically be saved on your phone!! 🙂

🙂 Thank you for your advice. However i have deleted all downloads except a select few. I have 407 KB free and have 105KB of used memory. So of the 512 KB I should have plenty of memory to send a message or link into yahoo mail

when you get that error on the phone with the error still on the screen pop the battery off. you will not lose any information. sometimes the error get stored into temp memory and popping off hte batt can clear that out. try that and if doesnot work then you can clear cookies from the browser menu.

I have this problem too. Specific web sites have a larger page file size than others, and even if you have absolutely nothing saved on the phone, this message will still show. It's annoying, yes, but there's not really anything to do about it except seeing if the Sprint Store will do a software update on it. (This didn't help my situation though)
I also use FutureDial's SnapDialer software to connect my laptop to the net while on the road, and when I am done it often does not want to load the Wireless Web on the phone itself without a reset.
Suggestions: Live with it, try to get the update (unless yours is the current version).
