milking it
with this phone i feel like motorola is milking the motorola droid series. wheres the improvement from the droid 2? there really isn't one. the keys are going to be much like a blackberry. very close together and smaller. the processor is going to be the same. they pretty much made it a candy bar style droid 2. will it be LTE 4G ready? probably not. i don't see any advantage to this phone.

This device is a Global ready phone (the first announced by Verizon for android) and it has a keyboard formfactor that countless people have been asking for. There are a lot of people (myself included) who consider blackberry keyboards to be the best physical keyboards for phones

I concur with Menno. I love the keyboard on my BlackBerry and I am excited about the Droid Pro.

I am pretty excited about it too!!😁 And it is different from the other Droid devices because it is global ready (the other ones aren't) and oh yeah it has the QWERTY keypad on the front of the phone without having to slide out from the side like the Droid 1&2!!!!

It's simply a different phone, not an upgrade of everything some people may not have liked about another phone. I own it and am happy with it. It's the first droid I've had anything to do with it, but I'd do it again.
