I looked for the same thing. Skype on Android unfortunately does not support video chat, yet. I have read a few articles that runor an update to Skype. Hopefully soon.

Yes, but there are several apps that will give you this functionality, today.
Qik for one, and it's cross platform (you can talk to people on iphones). There's others, as well.

Skype Mobile was pulled from the T-Bolt just before launch. It DOES support it, just not very well. It is scheduled to be a part of the upcoming update for the t-bolt software. However i fear that, just like the T-BOLT launch, we may never know when that update will come. đ
