I still don't get...
Why Nokia won't make an Android phone. Nokia makes some of the best hardware in the world but Symbian is DEAD.... MOVE ON! This phone with Froyo 2.2 would just rock.

It wants to offer services and not just be a hardware vendor. Symbian allows it to control it's own destiny and it has leveraged heavily in Symbian and Qt development platform and Ovi for services.
Apple won't use Android. RIM won't use Android. Microsoft won't use Android. HP/Palm won't use Android. If an Android vendor wants to make excellent hardware they can. Nokia wants to be independent and not wait on Google's timetable for how it wants to run it's business.
