Will This Phone Support Netflix?
However Samsung is using Samsung's own Humminbird version of the A8 Cortex. As you would expect from a video company vs. a datacomm company, Samsung's version has had better graphics. Enough better that a v2.1 Hummingbird runs smoother than a v2.2 Snapdragon.
However, does the Hummingbird have the hardware for DRM? Did Samsung make the iPhone processors? The iPhone was the first to support Netflix.

Net: I would expect the Droid Charge to support it. Not sure about the HTC Thunderbolt; Verizon sent me an e-mail, point blank, no. It is supposed to be introduced on the LG Revolution when it is released, possibly to built interest in that phone.
My guess is it will be available ...
