where can i get the silver/white lg lx5550 for alltel?
i already have a plan...and looking into a new phone, but if i do find this phone anywhere, i have to get a new plan. anyone know where i can get just the phone?

That particular model is only available with US Cellular as far as I know. However the face plate is interchangabe. There are MANY USCC users who would love the red faceplate so you should have no trouble finding someone willing to trade. đ

well...thats the thing, i actually saw it, and i didnt think it was really WHITE. i thought it was like a cream kinda color...but its not. and i dont even know if im getting the 5550 now.

2) it doesnt have a camera. âšī¸. if it had a camera, i would def get this. but i might get the 5450 instead. idk...but i have some time to decide, cause i might get a new phone for christmas

Well I'm not sure about Alltel but the LX5550 batch USCC received has been recalled due to manufacturing problems. If you want my professional opinion then you should get the Kyocera SE44 or the Audiovox 8400 until Alltel releases something new. LG just doesn't have a very good product track record.
Or think about switching carriers to US Cellular, we are about to get the Motorola V710 & Kyocera Koi. Those will put to shame anything Alltel offers.
