Existing Customer - can't get this phone! Help
I contacted the customer assistance center and after speaking to at least 8 different people, I was put in touch with Kay (I can't remember her operator number). After going through the process on the web site, with her mirroring my steps at her station, she contacted Internet sales to ask some questions. As she was placing me on hold, I made a comment, "All I want to do is upgrade my phone!" I guess that did it.

I had found out that I was eligible to "upgrade" to a new phone on the 13th of June.. it was a week till then so i decided to check the web site to see what I could get. When I logged in and went to the "upgrade phone" section the LG 4600 was not on the list.
I placed a call to customer support and was first told that "the phone was only available on the internet and only to first time customers". I indicated that since I was a Charter Member and have been a customer for so long i didn't think that rule applied to me..
