Do not upgrade to 2003. I have owned two MPX200's and have had both of them with 2002 and 2003. each time i upgrade to 2003 the battery life is worse and the applications run much slower. i highly recommend not upgrading to 2003 no matter how much websites and people hype it up. It is not worth it!!!
